Policy Administration FAQs

We don't use policy numbers at Waggel. We like to keep things simple, so your policy reference will be your pet's name and your surname.

You can make changes to marketing and email preferences by logging in to your account. You then need to select 'Account' in the menu tab and then click the 'Marketing Preferences' button.

There you will find a 'Edit Preferences' button that will allow you to make the necessary changes.

You can update your personal details such as mobile number and email address by logging in to your account and heading to 'Account' and then 'Personal Details'.

If you've moved to a new address or need to update your pet's details, then we'll need you to get in touch with our support team so we can update this for you.

The first 14 days of your policy will be your warm-up period.

During this time, you will be covered for third-party liability (if you insure a dog with us), but we won't be able to cover the cost of any treatment that occurs within the warm-up period.

You would have received your policy documents in your welcome email when you signed up and after renewal each year.

You can also access these at any time by logging in to your account and heading to 'My Insurance' where you can view and download your Policy Wording, Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA), and Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) for each of your policies.

You can add a new pet to your account anytime by clicking the 'Get a Quote' button at the top of the page, or inside the burger menu on mobile devices. Once added, you'll see all of your pets in one place.
