Payment & Billing FAQs

You certainly can. It's one of the unique features of Waggel and you can make as many changes as you like. Simply head over to your account and view your payment methods. From here, click 'Manage Payments' to change your payment date.

If you choose to change your payment date, it might seem like you've been charged twice in a month when your policy begins or renews. This happens because the first payment for each policy year is on the policy start date, and subsequent payments are on your chosen payment day. Don't worry, though; we'll only take 12 payments in a policy year.

You certainly can. We also take debit and credit cards.

You certainly can. We also take Direct Debit.

You can change your payment details by logging into your account. Click the 'Account' tab in the menu and then select 'Payment Method'.

There you will find a button that allows you to manage your payment method, which includes: payment date, new card details or switching between Direct Debit or card/debit card.

We don't offer an annual payment subscription, only a monthly payment subscription.

Your first payment will always be taken on the start date of your policy. You can then choose the date that all remaining policy payments are taken.

All you need to do is log in to your account, click 'Account' in the menu tab and then select 'Payment Schedule'. Here you will be able to view your full payment schedule, including all past payments and all future scheduled payments for your current policy.
