There is no fee or penalty when cancelling your policy with us.
You can cancel your policy by logging in to your account, heading to 'My Insurance' and clicking 'View Policy' on the specific pet's policy you want to cancel. Just scroll down until you reach the policy cancellation section.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. Once a policy has been cancelled, we cannot reinstate it.
Please bear in mind that any conditions we have been able to cover might be seen as pre-existing if you had to take out a future policy with Waggel.
