The Promoter is Waggel Limited (“the Promoter”), which has its registered office at
1st Floor, 5 St Helen's Pl, London, EC3A 6AB.
This promotion, to receive an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (“Gift Card”), is being fulfilled by the Promoter’s partner, Inchora Commercial Limited, trading as Conectia (“Conectia”),
and any relevant correspondence will be from Conectia.
The term “Affiliate” means a third party entity approved by the Promoter that is
authorised to act as an introducer to the Promoters own website.
The promotion will run from 00:01 hours on 11.04.24 until 23.59 on 07.05.24.
The promotion is open to applicants:
a) who are legal residents of England, Scotland or Wales
b) are aged 18 years or over
c) who purchase a new dog or cat pet insurance policy within Promotion Period via an
approved Affiliate website
The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) verify the eligibility of each applicant; and (ii) to
reject any applications that appear to be duplicates, materially incorrect or fraudulent.
All applications will be run through validation checks and eligibility to receive a Gift Card
will only be confirmed by the Promoter.
If the applicant cancels their purchase within the first 60 days, they will not be eligible
to receive the Gift Card.
Gift Cards will only be paid on genuine, tracked transactions completed as one journey
from the Affiliate website and wholly online through the Promoters website. The use of
certain e-commerce browser extensions (such as 'Honey') will render a transaction as
ineligible and no Gift Cards will be payable. The Gift Card will be sent to the customer via email, using the nominated email address used at the time of purchase.
Any applicants found to be transacting fraudulently with the Promoter may have their
details passed to Police Authorities for further investigation.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate information provided by
the applicant which results in the payment not being delivered in accordance with
these terms.

Redemption:
The Gift Card will be emailed around 90 days after the policy start date. This promotion
cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discounts, incentives or offers.
