Mrs. Smith's policy:
Medical Coverage selected: £4,000
Claim Contribution selected: £100
Mrs. Smith will have to pay for any vet fees that are below £100. Any claim made under £100 will not be paid by us.
If Mrs. Smith’s first vet bill for a new condition is £1,000, Mrs. Smith will pay her contribution of £100 and we will pay the remaining £900. Mrs. Smith’s remaining coverage for vet fees will be £3,000 for the rest of the policy period.
If Mrs. Smith has to take her pet back to the vet for the same condition, Mrs. Smith will not have to pay this contribution again during the current policy period. Mrs. Smith will have to pay a £100 contribution for any new unrelated condition.
